• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any applicable credited bonus funds, subject to the wagering requirements set out herein.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or reward-based credits added to a Player's Account byemas888 pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required byemas888 prior to processing withdrawals or in response to risk-based assessment triggers.

• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using supported payment methods, excluding Bonus Funds unless otherwise expressly stated.

• Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of emas888 Services, you must create a registered Account. During the registration process, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and valid contact details.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information at all times and update it promptly following any change.
• Select a unique username and strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. emas888 shall bear no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Notify emas888 customer support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account.

emas888 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account at any time without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the registration or usage violates these Terms, applicable law, or emas888's internal risk management policies.

5. KYC & Identity Verification

In accordance with its licensing obligations and responsible gambling commitments, emas888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC verification may be required at any point, including but not limited to: prior to processing a withdrawal request; when account activity triggers internal risk thresholds; upon upgrade to a higher VIP tier; or upon request from emas888's compliance team.

Documents That May Be Requested

Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified in the request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality pending completion. emas888 undertakes to handle all KYC documentation in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy.

6. Deposits & Payments

emas888 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods catering to Malaysian players, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT).

• All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise expressly stated for cryptocurrency transactions.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt from the relevant payment processor. emas888 does not guarantee the processing time of any specific payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform cashier.
• You warrant that any funds deposited are not derived from criminal activity and that you are the lawful owner or authorised user of the payment method used.
• emas888 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
• No interest shall accrue on any funds held in your Account Balance.

7. Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests via the Platform cashier subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method registered in your name that was previously used to deposit funds into your Account, except wheremas888 approves an alternative method in writing.
• Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are not subject to wagering requirements. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.
• emas888 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 3 minutes for standard local Malaysian payment channels during operational hours. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform cashier and may be updated from time to time.
• emas888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal exceding specified thresholds, in accordance with its AML/CTF compliance obligations.
• emas888 shall not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or force majeure events.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

emas888 offers various promotional programmes to its Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and VIP tier incentives. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless superseded by the specific terms of a particular promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until Wagering Requirements are met.
• Wagering Requirements apply to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. For combined bonus and deposit offers, the requirement may apply to both amounts — consult the specific promotion page.
• emas888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to accounts in good standing.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any systematic strategy designed to circumvent bonus conditions — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible accounts based on the registered date of birth and the Member's VIP tier at the time. Tier values are: Bronze — MYR 188; Silver — MYR 388; Gold — MYR 888; Diamond — MYR 2,688.
• Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are credited upon the referred friend completing registration and making a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals are expressly prohibited.

9. Player Conduct & Prohibited Behaviour

By using emas888, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following behaviours are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human play.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities. Any winings obtained through the exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned to emas888.
• Fraudulent conduct of any kind, including the use of stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or misrepresentation of any material fact in connection with your Account.
• Match-fixing, insider trading, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public in connection with any sporting event.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at emas888 staff or other players.

emas888 actively monitors platform activity using automated risk management systems and human review. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the emas888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the interface — is the exclusive property of emas888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content without express written authorisation from emas888.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, emas888 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes — all wagers are placed at your own risk and gambling involves the risk of financial loss.
• Technical failures, downtime, data loss, or interrupted service, whether caused by emas888, its infrastructure providers, or third-party systems.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party financial institutions or payment processors.
• Any inaccuracy in information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, game results, or promotional terms, provided such inaccuracy is corrected within a reasonable time.

12. Responsible Gambling

emas888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, accessible directly from the account dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when your active gaming session reaches a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account with a binding self-exclusion that prevents re-registration for a minimum period of 12 months.

13. Account Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate the account relationship as follows:

Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting emas888 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (subject to KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding disputes) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Pending or unsettled wagers at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course.

Termination or Suspension by emas888

emas888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect, forfeit any Balance where legally permissible, and refer the matter to relevant authorities in any of the following circumstances:

• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Your Account has been used in connection with fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• You have materially breached any provision of these Terms and have either failed to remedy the breach within7 days of notice or the breach is incapable of remedy.
• You have engaged in any prohibited behaviour as set out in Section 9 of these Terms.
• A regulatory, legal, or licensing requirement obliges emas888 to do so.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which emas888 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall, in the first instance, be referred to emas888's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority under whichemas888 is licensed. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to bring a complaint before the relevant gaming regulator or licensing authority.

15. Amendments to These Terms

emas888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via the email address registered to the Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. In all cases, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the changes, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
